Well that's it, the raw is out, and well first ep and new season do not look SO bad (yet).
Fansubbing it will now depends of staff available (mostly another translator is needed as Kaze already working on few things)

Damn... I'll tell absolutely everyone I can that you're looking for fansubbers! I just saw the first two seasons of Zero no Tsukaima, and if I don't see the third, someone's gonna die.
If someone is interested, I'll be certain to send them your way. Until then, good luck, and PLEASE don't stop fansubbing. I beg you, please don't stop subbing!

An other Fansubbing group has released the first epi of ZnT 3,
but I wait for you release,
because you are the best subbing group for ZnT and maybe more.

Still it's under commercial licence, for xx years (I don't know the US legal stuff in detail).
If you want the english sub version buy the DVD, you can find them second hand if not new.
French, spanish, russian ... sub are still free on commercials licences.

well like you said a joint is up to both groups. But like i said it is mostly/only translating we would need support with. Znt happens to use the same stuff for each season (typesetting speaking) and as we did first two, its kinda easy. We dont mind collabs (tho we never were quite lucky with them XD)
