Fresh meat wanted ( staff opening - fall 2007)

All right, being a small group is great but sometimes, like nowadays, adding a few peeps in our madhouse would really not hurt.
Positions available are:

- AFX typesetter, again a from time to time position...as i'm kinda too busy /lazy to learn after effects *adds to the endless to-do list*
- Back-up Encoder to help as one encoder for three shows is just kinda painful. You must be experienced, and completely familiar with avi, codecs, filters, mkv, random geekiness we mere commoners dont understand blablabla....
- Translator, native japanese is a plus, would only be from time to time help as Kazekage and Vlak are already on it (plus Shuya-chan when not hiding in his hole O_o).
Must be 100% fluent in jpn/eng.
- RELIABLE distro minions. You love getting raped by leechers ? Here is your chance... Minimum up speed required 200KBS+, preferably US timezones.
- A timer too, maybe...

Took us such a long time but finally got this out, lets hope it you'll enjoy it, next releases should not be so long as the main thing that delayed us was karaoke and also getting used to collab work with IY-F peeps.

Juushin Enbu - Hero Tales 01 MQ & HD released

All right, still busy bees, me with freaking flu but as posted previously here is one of the releases we plan for the weekend.
Truly like the show (fma fangirl talking sorry), animation could be sometimes better, but never judge a series on the first ep. So well if you like good shonen, give it a try. As usual we will go for MQ (avi) and HQ (mkv) releases... Xvid is really annoying lately, lowering the quality (which is not from the raw, i can tell ya) but well still decent so enjoy.

EDIT > As you can see we will release Juushin under 3 formats, namely MQ, HQ & HD. The HD resolution is so big some ppl computers will not handle such a size and fits better widescreen. Guess quality whores will get their fix with that lol (looks at Aiorus squealing like a fangirl XD). HQ & HD will get the same quality just resolution differs.And no the HD is not an upscaled one. Enjoy.

EDIT on 10/24 > All right, got confused with resolutions, its 1440 not 1920, but on some computers it will displays as 1920 (dont ask me how i'm not a geek)...no matter what it remains a HD as our raw sources are like it. (First time we do release HD, so well gotta get used to the tech stuff lol). That changes nothing as file as been released only here.

Maintenance

Got mail from server provider
The upgrade will be performed between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm CDT. While the upgrade is performed, each server will be down for between five (5) and fifteen (15) minutes.

So you know now tracker, website and everything related may be down a few minutes tomorrow.

Bout Shana n Juushin we should release this week for sure...Thanks for your patience we have just been release busy.

/goes back to bed with flu.
